The Dukan diet is a high protein diet that is quite restrictive, but that allows you to lose weight quickly. Those who want to make small pleasures must strictly follow the list of authorized foods according to the phases in which you are. The following recipes can be consumed at any phase.
Pure protein cake recipe
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons of wheat bran
- 8 tablespoons of oat bran
- 5 teaspoons cottage cheese 0%
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 50 g of sweetener
- Liquid aroma with vanilla
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the dry ingredients and add the eggs, cheese and vanilla little by little and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste. - 1 can of tuna
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of oat bran
- 4 teaspoons of cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat your oven to 200 ° C then mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat to obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour the cake machine into a buttered and floured mold and cook for 40 minutes at 200 ° C. The tuna can be replaced by other sources of protein: ham, chicken, minced meat that will be cooked without oil. Avoid using surimi that contains a lot of sugar. If you prefer the hot cake you can warm it in the microwave.
How does the Dukan Diet work?
4 phases form the Dukan diet: the attack phase where only pure proteins can be consumed with some exceptions like mustard, lemon and some vegetables; the cruising phase where vegetables are accepted as well as fruits such as apples; the stabilization and consumption phase.
Each phase lasts about 6 days to avoid any deficiency and fat is to ban cooking. You can lose your pounds too quickly with this diet and a regular sporting activity.
